NTL, a corporate body of Nadra, was established in 2003 to provide Identity Management Solution to private, public, local and international clients, with vision to spread prosperity and security, all over the globe.

Malik stressed and appreciated the use of innovations that lead to dynamic, progressive and sustainable organisational status of NTL. He said "The new brand is purportedly a three-dimensional. NTL has a great global vision and immaculate understanding of grass root issues; therefore, we are local and international players and champions. Not only cost effective solution come from us, respect and understand all the cultural idiosyncrasies."

In addition to providing business to business solutions, NTL presently is also rendering Identity Management Solutions nation-wide by not only facilitating but also securing its consumers, he said. Tariq Malik said "NTL's e-sahulat is the biggest success so far, which is providing all the consumer services of branchless banking to its users and even promoting employment across the country at the most cost effective rates along with security in the remotest areas of Pakistan.

It has proved to be a role model for the private and public concerns of Pakistan for its sustainability and innovation. However, the rebranding of logo and slogan is a testimony of an affirmation of NTL to its team, and all the consumers that we are here to serve and facilitate the consumers across the board at an affordable price".
